The Ritz-Carlton, Astana

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and service! I started celebrating my birthday at the hotel before heading to the restaurant. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, responding to all my requests politely and professionally. They even brought five pairs of slippers for my guests in the suite, even though they weren’t staying at the hotel. I’m beyond grateful for this thoughtful gesture. I will definitely return and stay here again when I’m back in Kazakhstan. A big thank you to the reception team and the concierge staff for being so caring and attentive. Much love!

The Ritz-Carlton was elegant and modern as expected. The team was available and very helpful for needs around the clock! The restaurant Ozen has a great menu, a great Ambiente at the bag and a very nice terrace! The breakfast and so the coffee was just great at the 3rd floor!

Absolutely everything was wonderful! The staff was very polite and helpful, the suite exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, and the location is close to sights and good restaurants.
