The Ritz-Carlton was elegant and modern as expected. The team was available and very helpful for needs around the clock! The restaurant Ozen has a great menu, a great Ambiente at the bag and a very nice terrace! The breakfast and so the coffee was just great at the 3rd floor!

The greatest in this hotel is its staff. I felt like home. thank you. The room is always clean and fresh. the bed is amazing, the view is nice, and the location is the best.

Breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful as were the door man and luggage staff. Excellent personalities, well trained in hotel protocols.
